My name is Paula, a dedicated and compassionate Counsellor who wears multiple hats in the realm of mental health and well-being. As a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor from Worthing in West Sussex, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Empowering Counselling Services, providing a safe and empathetic space to explore your emotions and navigate life’s challenges.

We offer Online/Telephone counselling in the beauty of your home to individuals aged over 18. Our sessions are affordable, high quality and we cover all over Great Britain.

Whether you live in Glasgow, Leicester, London, Cornwall, Brighton, we have you covered.

We offer early morning until late evening for sessions as we understand that life can be busy.

No software is needed to access our services.
