Empowering Counselling Services (ECS)

Our counselling service is based in Worthing, West Sussex. We offer online, telephone, walk and talk and face to face sessions.

If you are going through a difficult time in your life and feel alone, Empowering Counselling Services may be able to offer the support you need. By using various therapeutic approaches and techniques to assist you in overcoming challenges and improving your mental wellbeing.

Paula specialises in grief and loss, anxiety and stress, abuse, rejection, confidence, relationship issues, childhood traumas and much more. You may even just want to talk to someone in a non judgemental safe space about your feelings.

Keeping costs down
and no lengthly waiting list

Sessions can normally begin within a few weeks (subject to availability). Early morning and evening counselling sessions are available to fit around your schedule.

Sessions

How long are the sessions?

Each session lasts 50 minutes. This can either be weekly, fortnightly, or ad hoc.

What software do I need to access an online session?

No software is required. Paula will send you a link prior to each session.

What do I do if I can't make a session?

Our cancellation policy asks that sessions cancelled within the 24 hours prior to the session booked, there will be no charge.

Sessions cancelled within the 24 hour period will be charged at full rate except in certain circumstances.

I'm training to be a counsellor and need personal therapy

Paula was once a trainee counsellor and totally understands just how expensive training can be and so we offer low cost personal therapy at just £10.00 per session for 2024.
